This software is offered under the CloakDoc brand, an independently operated software business based in India. Contact: info@cloakdoc.com.
Using the software
You may use CloakDoc to process documents you are authorized to handle. You are responsible for your source files, permissions and the output you share. Do not use the software for unlawful purposes, infringe others' rights, or bypass licensing restrictions.
Plans and access
Features, device limits and prices are described on the Pricing page. Paid access requires a verified purchase. An internet connection is required for activation and periodic license verification. Local processing also depends on your device and available storage.
Payments
Paddle acts as merchant of record for payments. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to purchases processed by Paddle. The billing period, total and any renewal conditions must be shown before you confirm payment.
Pro costs INR 299 per month for 1 device activation. Enterprise costs INR 2,999 per month for up to 10 device activations. Both plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until canceled. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge. Paid features remain available until the end of the paid billing period after cancellation. Online activation and periodic license verification are required.
Refunds and cancellation
See our Refund Policy. Use the subscription management link in your Paddle receipt to cancel future renewals, or contact support.
Output and limitations
Automated matching and text recognition are not guaranteed to identify every sensitive item or reproduce every word. Review output before relying on or sharing it. CloakDoc is a document tool and does not provide legal advice or a certification of compliance. Keep a backup of original documents.
Privacy and your rights
Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
