Choose an installer
The EXE provides the Windows setup experience. The MSI is available for Windows installation workflows that use that format. Both links use CloakDoc’s existing download service. macOS and Linux installers are not offered here.
Getting started
- Download from cloakdoc.com and follow the Windows installation prompts.
- Open CloakDoc and try a non-sensitive sample PDF.
- If you have purchased a plan, use the existing activation flow to connect this device.
- Check the exported result before using real documents.
Connection and device requirements
Payment, activation and periodic license verification require online access. Local processing can continue within the current license’s validity; the application is not a permanently air-gapped product. Larger PDFs and OCR jobs need available memory and storage.
Keep your purchase and files separate
Pro supports up to one device activation and Enterprise up to ten per subscription. A download alone does not activate paid features. Source documents and outputs stay under your control on your device; uninstalling an app is not a cleanup guarantee for exported files.
